Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026. Applies to the Farm Under Siege website (the "Site"). The game itself is not released yet; this policy will be extended before it launches.

Who we are

The Site is run by Evyatar Barnoy, Israel ("we", "us"). Contact: evyatar054980@gmail.com.

What we collect

WhereDataWhy
Site (early access)Your email address, if you sign up. We keep it in our own database at Cloudflare and our form provider also receives it, so we cannot lose your sign-up. Page visit counts (we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies) and our own count of visits per ad (the tag in the link address, no cookie and no IP address stored). Your country, as given by Cloudflare, when you sign up.To tell you when the Game opens and to deliver the launch boost we promised sign-ups (we keep a record of who signed up for this reason). To measure whether our ads and page work.

We do not ask for your name, contacts, photos or precise location. We do not use advertising cookies or a tracking pixel on the Site. When you click one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta tells us in totals how many people clicked; we don't get your identity from Meta.

How we use data and our legal basis (EEA / UK)

To email early-access updates and deliver the launch boost (consent, which you can withdraw by unsubscribing; if you withdraw before launch you may not receive the boost); to measure and improve our Site and ads (legitimate interest).

Who we share data with

Only service providers that help us run the Site: our form and email provider Web3Forms (it receives your email address when you sign up), our web host, database and analytics provider Cloudflare (it stores your sign-up and our visit counts), and Meta (which runs the ads that may have brought you here). We do not sell your email address. If we ever sell the Game or business, data may move to the new owner under this policy.

How long we keep it

Sign-up emails: until the Game has launched and you have had the launch email, or until you ask us to delete yours, and no longer than 24 months. Site visit counts: as long as Cloudflare keeps them (aggregate, no personal details).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. California residents can also ask what we collect and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of data for advertising (we do not sell your data). To use any right, email evyatar054980@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days. You can complain to your local data-protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Children

Our Site and ads are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you think a child gave us data, email us and we will delete it.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries outside yours, including the United States. Where required we rely on approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Security

We use reasonable measures, but no system is perfectly secure.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you by email or on the Site.
